- Training as an IT specialist in application development or comparable skills
- Structured and independent working approach
- Interest in the latest technical content and news

- Strong oral and written skills
- Good German and English language skills
- Confidence with Microsoft products (Windows Server, SQL Server, Exchange Server)
- Some programming skills in C#, .NET Framework, and database programming
- Ideally, knowledge of Microsoft Visio
